Consultation & Design
The process begins with a meeting where we discuss your vision, needs, budget, and timeline. Once we’ve established a clear understanding, we provide an initial estimate and sign a contract to officially begin the process. From there, we enter the design phase, collaborating closely with an architect to create a custom floor plan that aligns with your vision. If you haven’t already secured a lot, we can assist you in finding the ideal property or evaluate the one you own to make sure it’s a perfect fit for your new home.
Planning, Permitting, & Financing
With the design in place, we move forward by finalizing the architectural plans and specifications. This ensures that every detail is accounted for before breaking ground. Next, we assist you in securing financing, helping you obtain a construction loan to cover the building costs. We also take on the responsibility of handling all permitting and initial paperwork with the city, ensuring that everything is in compliance and ready for the construction phase.
Construction
During the construction phase, we build the home according to the approved plans. This includes all stages, from excavation and foundation work to framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and finishing touches. Throughout this process, financing is disbursed in stages through construction draws. We prioritize absolute transparency, providing regular updates and detailed breakdowns of how funds are allocated and spent. Additionally, ongoing communication and walkthroughs ensure everything is on track and meets your expectations.
Final Walkthrough, Closing, & Warranty
As we near completion, we conduct a final walkthrough with you. Once you’re fully satisfied, we proceed to the closing phase, where you sign the final documents and receive the keys to your new home. To provide peace of mind, we offer a warranty that covers any necessary repairs and structural issues that may arise, making sure your investment is protected.
